"Choked by Spotted Dick"
Not a good title - just could not resist the straightline
"Choked by Spotted Dick"
One of the local alternative weeklies had an article a few weeks ago about an expat Brit supermarket in San Francisco (actually, just a couple of blocks from where I work), and the owners admitted that for every one can of spotted dick they sell to an expat, they probably sell five or six to Americans who can't stop giggling over spotted dick in a can.
Wow, this exercise brings out the snark in me. I'm so very sorry.
