Good news! The website where my poem was originally posted is going to help in this fight. They don't currently have a lawyer, but she's going to see what she can do.
And! Yes! There's more! The president for the organization of the other website just sent me a very nice e-mail saying that as soon as she returns from Easter break she will make sure the poem is removed.

See, my sources (Tom) told me there was a whole foods in Swampsott but no TJ's. But maybe I misremember.
