I'm bored. Really. Dave won't get up, and I don't feel like working. I just finished my last book, and I really don't feel like doing other things I should be doing...i.e. cleaning the house or (shudder) starting the process of cleaning out my closet and getting rid of about half my clothes.

I'd write to the ISP of the site(s) using it without permission, though. I think you have a good chance of getting them TOSd, with little effort on your part. You could send the ISP a link to the page of the site that does have your permission to house your piece. Then link to the site(s) using it without permission. Then, explain that when you contacted the webmaster of the site who is using it without permission, you received a shitty response, and I would forward them a copy of said shitty response.
I stand corrected - there IS now a Whole Foods in Swampscott. There is also a Trader Joe's though - it's across from the Super Stop & Shop and on the same strip with CVS and Marshall's.
In fact, checking a map just now, it's just down the two buildings. It went in EXACTLY where I would have put a whole foods (it used to be a Star Market, who got bought out, and then a Johnny Foodmaster - a name I can't even type without chortling - that went out of business). Coooool!!! Go team North Shore!
