Anything going on?
No. Nothing of any importance. Nothing that would be terrible if it were messed up.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Welcome, March. (Actually, we've been saying some pretty bad things about March around hee. No offense.)
Dear tiggy's boss:
Tiggy accidentally cooked herself. Please let her go home and watch DVDs until she's a normal color again.
Her invisible internet friends
hee!! i think i love Cashmere and Ginger. also MARCH, but for different reasons. *nod*
Susan, that's a charmer. Two obvious things to check: Is the lot tiny? (That means that it will always be a tiny house, which would explain the low price) 2. Is the neighborhood sliding downhill?
Susan, it says it's priced for a quick sell. Maybe the owners need to unload it for some reason. There might be minor things that lower the price (I'm thinking one bathroom). Or it might be in line for major home type needs in the near future (like needing a new roof, or a new furnace, etc.) By lowering the price, the owner doesn't need to put that investment in the house to sell it.
But it means the buy should be prepared to scrape up the jack to do those updates sooner rather than later.
Hi March!
t backing away slowly
Welcome March!
eta: Maooo!
Around here, the typical reason for an unusally low price is foundation problems.
Aw, you guys are all so welcoming and nice. ::blush::
Anyone seen Kristin? She is my FAVORITE BUFFISTA EVAH!!!!!!!
Hey March... I need to talk to you. Yeah, over here near the water... that's right.. just step right this way.....
Ooooh! Shiny!
Around here, the one bath would knock down the price. Also, "Some of the original 1919 charm is intact" may refer to the HVAC system and wiring.
