Around here, the one bath would knock down the price. Also, "Some of the original 1919 charm is intact" may refer to the HVAC system and wiring.

Our old house was built in '23 and had been renovated a couple of times. This one was built in 1919, that might be part of it, may need some updating -- although old houses seem sturdier than new ones sometimes. It might also be that the owners are relocating and need to sell fast? It's a cute house though.
Hmm. It's not the best neighborhood in Seattle, but there really aren't any bad neighborhoods within the city limits by normal urban standards, IMO. And anything West Seattle is a little out of the way for someone who's gotten used to living where we do. We'd be closer to the ballpark but much further away from everything else. Lot might be tiny, and it wouldn't surprise me if it needs some not immediately obvious work and a good seismic retrofit.
But still. It's tempting.
I just can't figure out why it's going for that cheap. I mean, it's not falling down, and it's not a tacky ugly condo. Hellmouth in the basement?
It's in a neighborhood that's improving, but still not great.
