Gronk. I went out to brunch today, and then went grocery shopping, and felt pretty bleh through both. Then I came back here and just slept for about five hours. And I'm still feeling pretty gross, and still have a bunch of work that's due tomorrow that I haven't done yet.
Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Hec, do you happen to remember which compilation it was that included Bargain Store, and uh... something else that was clearly Dolly Parton?
Vague enough for you, or should I add that there was some more stuff on it?
GF and I went to Ikea (hell of hells) and got this desk: [link] It looks pretty cool in the orange room. Yay!
x-posted with natter: HELP! I have lost my heart cookie cutter and we are in the midst of making V-day cookies! Anyone know how to do a simple heart shaped cookie cutter type thingy?? :(
Cut a heart out of a piece of wax paper (or cardboard), put it on rolled-out dough, and trace around it with a sharp knife.
You could cut a heart out of paper, lay it on the dough and cut around it, crimp a paper towel tube or something similar (aluminum foil, plastic wrap) into the shape of a heart and try that. If you have heavy duty aluminum foil, maybe you could roll a length into a tube, flatten it, crease the edges very sharp, form a heart shape out of the length of foil and use that.

In other words, carve your heart out yourself. t /Dashboard Confessional

Cookie update: I cut out a cardboard heart and it worked great. My slightly crooked heart cookies are very cute. Thanks for the help :)

Jolene? Coat of Many Colors?
The Best of Dolly Parton (1975).
I also like this compilation: Mission Chapel Memories - which has all those songs and more. This comp highlights her songwriting.
They're prepping Mom for surgery.
I'm much better this morning (except I'm tired and sore). And DH is now getting what we had. *sigh*
