Anya: We should drop a piano on her. It always works for that creepy cartoon rabbit when he's running from that nice man with the speech impediment. Giles: Yes, or perhaps we could paint a convincing fake tunnel on the side of a mountain.

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Deena, your memory isn't that off. Back when Network Solutions was the only registrar, it was $70/year, iirc. These days I usually use GoDaddy.com [link] which costs about $9 a year. There are even cheaper registrars, but I've just found GoDaddy to be easy to use.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Ginger, thanks for the validation. I was beginning to think I was nuts. I looked at GoDaddy. It looks like a good possibility. Bravenet offers free registration with a hosting package too, so that's one I mentioned.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Kristin has a new tag.

She does. But it doesn't mention "pixie wench". It doesn't even contain Connecticutie. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Wonderful paper, vw. I'm looking forward to the larger project - ot's a fascinating topic and you have interesting insights.

Thrive to spite them

Part of my half asleep freak out on Sunday am came true. I coudln't find the logo shirt, but it turns out we weren't wearing them. I need to wear one to this event that's going on because I volunteered to help. It runs until 8 and I don't want to be here until then, but I get paid. So YAY over time!

vw - when I get home and can really take a look at your paper, I will.

Also, Aimee - it's sounds like the Princess has already started cultivating adoring minions to help her in world domination.

Mostly lurking...

{{{Lee}}} I hope your migraine is doing some better by now.

vw--I just read your paper and found it fascinating. Great job! I can see how you have more to say on this topic and that your insights will be interesting and worthwhile. I now look forward to the expanded version!

Thank you! I’m looking forward to it too. I e-mailed it off to my advisor today…the one that’s going to help me find a prof to work with me on the expanded project. I can’t wait to hear back from him. I’m almost wanting his feedback more than the prof that I wrote the paper for.

I'm merely saying that I have a lovely paperclip belt (large) and a shiny paperclip necklace (small) to wear while I clap for vw.
Excellent paper, V!
Hee! And thank you so much!

vw, I just finished your paper and I can't wait to see the next project based on it. Nicely done!

Thank you!

vw, you did a really nice job on the paper. I enjoyed reading it, and look forward to the full version.

I’m loving all this praise. Thanks so much everyone! I had a really rotten day. This was so nice to come home to!

vw - I just read your paper and it was excellent! Your prof better give you an A+ on that. Again, good job!

Thanks! I hope my prof agrees! I’ve already put SO much into this. I really hope I get a good grade.

{{{Aimee}}} I thought about that earlier today in between my classes. I thought that was today. I’m glad she’s doing so well there, though, and that you feel comfortable calling the school and that they don’t seem to mind.

Wonderful paper, vw. I'm looking forward to the larger project - ot's a fascinating topic and you have interesting insights.

Thanks –t!

Jen, are you still around?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Aimee, how did you find your baby school?

Her godmother drove by it and called the number. They had an opening. I totally lucked out.

They're Montessori, right?

Yup. www.montessoripreschoolonline.com

How are you doing? How many weeks left? How's PTB?

6-8, depending on my blood pressure. I hit the point where eating becomes hard a few days ago, which is kind of annoying, and as of Thursday, she was head-down (stay that way, kid), which explains the increase in rib-bruising whacks from the inside.

She seems to delight in making me uncomfortable now.

Yeah, Emeline would frequently use my ribs to hook her feet into and swing around. Specifically at 3 am.
