Oh, thank god! Don't let Emily hear that we're now a math-free house, but I'm all for it.

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
What Emily doesn't know won't hurt her Heeeeee!
Hi. Dawn! Or should I say Ahoy?
Hey Robin! Congrats on the puppy owning. That's one of the things I'm gonna miss most on the boat.. no puppers, just the cat boo hoo.
ION, I talked to my friend J tonight. She's doing well, considering. She had to go to court today, and it went about as well as it could go. She was so cute, though. She told me all about her day and how stressful it was, and then she was like, "But how was your day?" So I told her I made it through my exam with no migraine. She got SO excited. It was really sweet. Here she's had this EXTREMELY stressful day, and she's all excited about my little won battle.
Sometimes I just sit back and wonder how I've been so blessed with such wonderful friends.
Heh. Now DH is recruiting volunteer knitters from among his coworkers and his blogger community. In addition to the jumper from this morning, he's found someone to make this: [link]

And those of us who know you don't wonder at all.
Gah. I just discovered a huge, previously unknown sore spot of hurt, anger, and defensiveness over something that I would've said didn't really bother me.
Oof, Brenda. I know so well of which you speak. I got a little visceral gut twinge on your behalf, just reading that. Hope you are able to work through it ok.
Hooray for migraine free exams!

Scrappy Is Wise. IJS.
I was hoping Brenda had been able to come back and vent. Shot of whatever or a hug to you, Brenda, when you do come back, whichever is most wanted at the moment.
I'm about to go to bed, just wanted to peek in and say hiya.
eta: that's an awfully cute hat, Susan. I'm guessing he didn't think it was a good idea for him to learn to knit, though.
