I know you have time sensitive stuff. I'llbe done with Burke Williams at 9:30 and I could probably be to your place by 10:15. If you can go in late, I'll come get you and take you?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, it's also funny how the Bible-thumping neocon supporters tend to gloss over that whole "Thou shalt not lie" thing for their candidates.

Yeah, that and the biblical prohibition against wearing clothing of two different fabrics.

No, seriously. That's in the same place where it says homosexuality is bad.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

This one is 18 inches high. how high did it need to be, ita?

Oh my god how much do I need that? Perfectly matches my couch.

But bad time to be spending that much money on furnitury things. Dang.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Matt, those stools are counter height, and I need table height. I'm looking to use them as dining room seats. Benches for dining tables seem to be a little in vogue, but my table only seats one to a side. I'm looking for something around 21 inches.

Kat -- that Ghanaian one is interesting -- I need to eyeball the colour. Except it doesn't look like it's in stores yet. You linked to the same stool twice in the rest of the post, though.

Allyson, I wish you the best of ease getting into work. Shame it's not the right time for an adventure.

Allyson, if you need me, i'm cellphoneable.

Right, that's the one that wasn't linked to.

Interesting, though. I'm of two minds about the black, but it's definitely the closest thing that's not an elephant. Or camel.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Someday, I will copyedit the Great American Novel

Our wings are not tired.

Looks like the vote for Condi Rice was 85/13. Don't know who the 13 were, but she set a record.

Although Rice was assured of confirmation, she got the most "no" votes since World War II. Seven senators voted against Henry Kissinger and six each against Dean Acheson and Alexander Haig.

Hmm, I think this number may reflect a new level of evil

Thanks. I am still out roaming the streets (but not driving).
