Ah, yes, of course. The gypsies, they gave you your soul. The gypsies are filthy people. Ptui! We shall speak of them no more.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I was too tired to read very closely, but I suspect either too much caffiene or not enough was ingested before noon today.

What do you do was quickly followed up with so what do you drive?

I got this question over the holidays. I was prepared for the what-do-you-do but this one surprised me (not being in MI). I think it was an attempt to determine my status when she couldn't tell based on my job.

Can the murders in my neighborhood stop now? Please?

Our wings are not tired

I just skipped a whole bunch. Like everything in the new thread.

Anyone still up?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oy. I am tired.

As am I. Just finished reading through a script again and taking notes so that I'm ready for a design meeting at 9 AM.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm up. Also tired. I'm getting ready to go to the airport. Well, I'm thinking nice thoughts about getting ready to go to the airport.

ND, will you have a chance to grab any shut-eye before the meeting, or would that only make things worse?

waves hello to Liese

Our wings are not tired

I'm turning in now to catch a few hours of sleep. I'll be fine for the meeting.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Timelies! It's 1 degree F in outdoors Somerville this AM. Amazingly, my kitchen pipes haven't frozen.

And we may actually get above freezing on Sunday. Which would be the first time in like, 2 weeks. This is so not Boston weather, seriously.

Anne - I guess you won't see this until you land, but what is this about an impending move ? Did I miss something important?

hip deep in pie

The story of the camps reminds us that evil is real and must be called by its name and must be confronted.

The irony was not lost on my either.

My dad used to hang an incandescent bulb near risky spots.

Hi all!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Pretty much sums up my opinion of those that invented Cincy Chili.

Now, now. No need to be elitist about chili. I admit, I prefer the non-Cincy style chili, but that may be because I'm more used to it But I put beans in my chili at home, and that's an abomination according to Texans (meat, chili, and tomatos only, if I recall correctly). But I've tried Skyline and I am intrigued by the layers of spices in it (I'm getting into trying cinnimon in more savory dishes), and I did enjoy eating it.

If chili, in whatever style makes people happy, there's no need to name call, that's all I'm sayin'.
