Our wings are not tired.

Amazingly, my kitchen pipes haven't frozen.

My dad used to hang an incandescent bulb near risky spots.

Hi all!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Pretty much sums up my opinion of those that invented Cincy Chili.

Now, now. No need to be elitist about chili. I admit, I prefer the non-Cincy style chili, but that may be because I'm more used to it But I put beans in my chili at home, and that's an abomination according to Texans (meat, chili, and tomatos only, if I recall correctly). But I've tried Skyline and I am intrigued by the layers of spices in it (I'm getting into trying cinnimon in more savory dishes), and I did enjoy eating it.

If chili, in whatever style makes people happy, there's no need to name call, that's all I'm sayin'.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I gotta say, I'm seeing a lot of intolerance for Cincinnati chili, just because it's a little different. Man, I hate people who are intolerant. t /Lehrer

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I gotta say, I'm seeing a lot of intolerance or Cincinnati chili, just because it's a little different.

All the haters are maiking me sad.

It's 2° outside. That's what is currently making me sad.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

It's 15 here, with a windchill of 1. And I really need to get off this computer and go get dressed and get to class.

It was -2°F at my house when I woke up. My house was really creaking last as its components contracted from the cold.

OTOH, the sun is very bright.

Yes, this.

As for Chili, since I have no opinion of Mufaletta, I've get to get my kerfuffle where I can.

Because it's so much more fun to kerfuffle over food preferences than, say politics or religion (or even the value of late period Buffy).

MP: I came here for an argument. JC: No you didn't.

I am also saddened by the extreme cold weather. It makes me sleepy. And cranky.

ETA: And slightly wheezy.
