Or MK would get so desperate, he'd just go sit on Dev, ignoring her threats.

If you can't hear her under the imposed fluff, does it count as complaining?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ooh! Entertainment Weekly sent me a special survey to fill out, and enclosed were TWO DOLLARS!! Two dollars! For me! For free! TWO DOLLARS.

I shouldn't be so excited about this.

That's a good question. She doesn't really carry a grudge. She just has hate.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Ooh! Entertainment Weekly sent me a special survey to fill out, and enclosed were TWO DOLLARS!! Two dollars! For me! For free! TWO DOLLARS.

You should use the money to buy crack. That way you can blame the media....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You should get a blow job from an underaged male crack ho wearing a Spongebob T-shirt.

I mean, if you're blaming the media, cast a wide net. And there's no way that'll cost more than $2, even with tip.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Ooh! Entertainment Weekly sent me a special survey to fill out, and enclosed were TWO DOLLARS!! Two dollars! For me! For free! TWO DOLLARS.

I shouldn't be so excited about this.

Yes you should. I'd be happy to get free money.

If I only had a brain...

It would be more efficacious if we got somebody to scrub ita's brain. Otherwise she'll just go and dirty us up again.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm worried too. I don't think they'll be cruel to the dog or anything, but it's not like the greyhound who arrived as a well behaved pony. My aunt used to have a giant pit/boxer/dane mix. It was sweet natured as a puppy, but if it hadn't have been for lots and lots of training and attention, it could have easily been one of those dogs that had to be put down. Even with all his training he did get agressive once. They said they gave away Indy because he was "bad" and "uncontrollable" and that's true, but it's also true that dogs get that way somehow.

This is why we won't allow ourselves to have a dog yet. We don't have the time to make the effort & be consistent.

This is why we don't have a second dog. My boss's dog is old, and having a puppy at work wouldn't work. When his dog goes I can get one because it can come with me Monday and Tues, and be home with Mr. H the rest of the week until Friday.

About dog behavior, we're new dog owners, so Seabiscuit has pretty much learned sit and stay and that's it. In fact, if he ever gets the impression that you want something out of him, he immediately sits, because he figures that's what you always want, which has its disadvantages.

Maxine does this. Not so much because she thinks it's what we want, but it's her magic word. She does not understand why we won't let her do what she wants if she sits first.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I think I could swing it though. What time?

Kristin, I'm off work at 5:30, and the show starts at 7:30, so 5:30 or 6 would work best for me. What say you? Also, PUPPY!

I love dropping into Natter on a day when everyone is sharing pet pictures. Totally makes my day. I just got back from my first performance review at this job. It went really well, and yet I still feel kind of down. What's up with that? We discussed some of my concerns, I got many accolades and a few gentle reminders. I should be happier about this than I am, but I still can't stifle the part of me that wants to hear nothing but "You're WONDERFUL and AMAZING! Nobody else is half as good as you! You're the best employee we've ever had! Have a 50% raise!"
