Our wings are not tired.

Alias was not satisfying for me last night. Perhaps I was too tired to enjoy, but I turned it on expecting fun clothes and wigs and things that go boom. I will end up rewatching it tonight with DH. Perhaps knowing that Alias meets the suburbs is on tap will help.

Have a wonderful vacation Kat and Lori!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just realized. There are now four Starbucks in university-owned buildings on my campus, and two more in buildings that aren't owned by the university but still within the general campus area. From where I am right now, I can walk two blocks in pretty much any direction and hit a Starbucks.

This seems like, perhaps, a bit much.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Hil, i'm sure your students were also mostly asleep, if that helps.

I once TA'd an 8:00 class, and I'll vouch for that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMTFG, I guess the show last night wasn't enough, because Katie Couric is doing a "special" hour on teen sex again now. Could it be that her girls are now high school age? ALSO, did you know that kids in high school sometimes have sex?

Now tagless for your comfort.

The official saturation point is having two Starbucks across the street from each other.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Border's Book in Woodbury, MN has a Starbucks with two service counters. By my accounting, that is a Starbux inside a Starbux. They win.

Up with the sun

The official saturation point is having two Starbucks across the street from each other.

There is a place in my neighborhood where there is a stand-alone Starbucks next door to a shopping strip including a Barnes & Noble that has a Starbucks in it, both of which are across the street from a supermarket with a (non-Starbucks, but still) coffee bar in it.

That is a well-caffeinated location.

Our wings are not tired.

Drawback to working at home is thinking that I can do house stuff at the same time as work stuff. I put a whole dozen eggs on to boil then came into my office to check mail, etc. It was only after I heard them exploding that I remembered. Stinky. Should I try again, or give up on the notion of an egg salad sandwich for lunch?

information libertarian

I would like to report that I never had any sex with anyone besides myself in high school.

I firmly plan to raise my daughter to be an uber-dork like me, so by the time she has sex, she has some sense. (I also fully expect the karma fairies to attempt to sprinkle teenage porn star dust on her. Here's notice, fairies: Back off my kid!)
