Yeah, but you're an amateur fry cook and I come from a long line of fry cooks that don't live past 25.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Thanks! I just did the worst packing in the world. "Hmmm... better put in all shorts and short-sleeved tshirts I have not in the trunk with the summer clothes!"

Do things match? Does it matter?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Not in Hawaii, on vacation, no.

I so decree.

And now I go to bed.

Night.

What is even happening?

Cats are not for stacking
Lee. Your tag pains me. Why do you oppress us?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

timelies! Time to run away for work! Eeek!

What is even happening?

I have to take the kids to school. Why our town couldn't be sensible like Boston and call it a week, I just don't know.

Xposted with Bitches, because I just can't not.

This [link] makes me miss the hoop skirts we wore to proms in the 80s.

(Is it photoshopped?)

Ann, that's a ferret.

Cindy, one can only hope.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Amazon stopped doing Share the Love. That sucks.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Gronk. It's 9 in the morning, and I've already taught one class. (Not terribly well, but nothing went horribly wrong, either.) Now I've got half an hour until my next class, which is too long a time to just hang around, but too short a time to actually do anything.

I've tried to jump-start my brain with massive amounts of caffeine. I'm not sure it worked.

Up with the sun

Hil, i'm sure your students were also mostly asleep, if that helps.

Timelies. I am wearing boots with a three-inch heel today, and keep getting this gleeful sense of being! tall! (I'm 5'5", so even in the boots I'm not a giantess exactly.)

Our wings are not tired.

Wow LJ you sure look Amazonian today.
