Booster's site is back up -- and they've opened a thread about the cancellation:

Booster Entertainment would like to apologize to everyone for the great inconvenience that was imposed on all this past weekend. We understand everyone has questions, which we will try and answer in a timely fashion. The website has been put back up per customer request.

We again apologize for our poor notice in the cancellation of the Flanvention.

Booster Entertainment will not answer personal emails nor PMs, but will answer everyone in the open forums. Please do not post foul language or threats as those posts will be deleted. Please also allow for the heavy site traffic in waiting for responses.

Good to hear the weekend turned out well despite BE's screw up. Cheers for the Big Damn Heroes and the Big Damn Fans that all pitched in to pull it off.

This is why I fell in love with the series... and bought a "loaner" copy of the DVDs... and saw the movie a ridiculous number of times... and bought all the merchandise... and hang out on boards like this...
