Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yep, and funnily enough, he was totally gay there too.

See, I appreciated it, but I clearly didn't appreciate it, you know? So much distraction, with Naked!Mal and such.

I hear you, sister.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I thought Simon was one of the characters who benefited most from actually viewing the episodes in order. I find his little mini-arc kind of touching.

Plus, he's very pretty.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I love Simon. I admit I got all chocked up when he said "light it" at the end of "Safe," holding River in his arms. I didn't actually mind getting to see "Safe" out of order and ahead of the schedule. Even though it's not a particularly witty episode, it got me invested in the plight of Simon and River thoroughly.

Heh. I told my wife the same thing. Let's face it, he was either gay or that was a very disturbing (in a hodgeberry way) relationship with his sister. Or maybe both.

Considering that they've apparently been playing romantic leads for years, I'm going for both.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Huh. You know, I didn't really notice how pretty to look at Simon is. I may have to rewatch. You know, for research purposes.

I noticed, but may have to rewatch anyway. You know, for solidarity. No other reason.

I love my captain, but really, I think Simon most benefits from shirtlessness. We may all have to watch both again to make sure, though.

The way you guys sacrifice yourselves for the sake of research is just inspiring. I shall have to join in the sacrifice and do some more re-viewing, just in case my appreciation has been insufficient (wouldn't have thought it possible).

If reviewing is the order of the day, CaptainTightpantsless in that towel or what ever, on that bed, all rumpled and sleepy-eyed...which of course I don't remember well at all!...would be my choice..
