Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

'Objects In Space'

Well in Video. I presume novelizations, comic books and fanfiction will continue.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Here is a thing.

Many Browncoats would like to live in a world in which Independents are the good guys. We sense that people who have accepted indoctrination into the mainstream are dangerous in their numbers, even if they are sorta lame as individuals.

Then I get pissed.

Let me ask you this: Who died in Serenity? Why were they the most Independent people?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Why were they the most Independent people?

Is Wash more Independent than Zoe or River or Mal or Kaylee?

Yes!

Zoe follows Mal. Mal follows ... I'm not sure what Mal follows. His upbringing, maybe? Anyway, he is against the mainstream, which is why we lurves him.

The thing about Kaylee is that she is just honest and true. Killing her would be like torturing a puppy. Which would, at the very least, limit your market.

Wait. This was about Wash. He loved his girl. All that political crap was way off on the other side of the map. Girl? Good. Politics? Who gives a rusty fuck?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Book followed something, for sure.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Politics? Who gives a rusty fuck?

Possibly the guy who wrote the movie. *shrug*
