So, the Serenity gag reel has escaped to the internet, and is funny (though not nearly as good as the uncut Firefly gag reel) and it has what is apparently the first cut of the scene where Mal decides to disguise Serenity (there's a flub at the end, which is why it's on there) and yeah. I would have hated Mal's guts if that scene had been left as it was.
