They could honeymoon in Israel, the motherland.
I want to plan the wedding.
The cake will be the most delicate of lemoncakes, with buttercream icing, and two small action figures kicking the shit out of each other on top.
All the bridesmaids will wear silvery gowns tailored to their figures, and each lovely lady will have a black eye.
The couple will say their vows, never a stutter, they will kiss deeply, and on the way out of the church, instead of throwing rice, we'll all throw punches.
Prince will of course play selections from his entire catalogue, and then the couple will drive off in style, after we've devilishly adorned the car with ice packs labeled, "JUST MARRIED."
it's not like a krav instructor is entirely outside the realm of possibility.
The ones that are on the market now are, as far as I can tell. That's not hard to tell.
eta: BEST WEDDING EVER -- I want one of those
Then that will be my gift to you. Sushi, followed by curried goat for the dinner?
I'll stop at Burger King on the way.
Just make sure some of the sushi is still alive.
One of the instructors was talking fondly about The Hump -- maybe I should marry him. Another said he had been a sushi chef -- I could marry him, maybe.
shrift, I feel so close to you right now.
It's the Earth! It's right there, being closer to us. Just ask Tim.
Cause I'm not sure I've ever seen you in anything that wasn't (a) jeans or (b) leather pants.
How can you trump jeans and leather?
I will post pictures when I have them, if only for the novelty factor. Bed now. Must be at hairdresser early tomorrow morning.
And Sinapore pulls out of Serenity, going for a direct to DVD release instead. I wonder if they'll get the official DVD out before the pirate DVD is out there?
Saw Serenity again last night, with one of my sisters. She did not watch "Firefly" or "Buffy" or "Angel." She liked most of the movie. Laughed out loud a lot. But the scenes with the Reavers freaked her out and she would not go see the film again. (She regularly sees movies she likes mulitple times.)
This sister sees a lot of movies and had seen the "Serenity" previews several times. She was not interested in seeing the movie after seeing the previews and only went because I suggested it. After she saw "Serenity" she thought the movie was not well-marketed. She said that fans of the show were already going to see the movie and needed very little prompting. It was folks who never saw the series or any of Joss' work who needed to be told why they should want to go.
