The third danger of dicovering just what fabric was used for that dress? It may be very expensive. Apparently the designer kept picking very expensive (like, $300 a yard) fabrics.

Oh, I fully expect that. When we watched the costuming special features on the LotR DVDS, I kept whimpering at the shots of the warehouse full of silks and silk velvets.
