I would think that eating raw flesh would be kinda' hard on one's teeth, even if said teeth belonged to a mutant.

Well, there's apparently more than one, but it's a big retirement community. It always cracked me up as a name. Leisure World! I don't know why it sounds so dated, but it does.
ETA: there are 18,000 residents averaging 78 years of age, according to the fact sheet.
