I kind of assumed that anything we heard was leftover psychic screaming for dramatic affect.
But when Wash turns the radio off, the screaming goes away.
I think Joss needs to make Reaver comics. Or an animated Reaver spin-off.

It sounded the same as the screams on Bushwacked to me. Maybe River was psychically hearing screams that had been on the radio?!

I missed that. I guess I need to see it yet again. Darn. I guess five times a charm.

Let's take up a collection!
What is So Cal's Leisure World?
My main Reaver beef is -- if they had to visually disguise the ship, why stand there, bright and unriven as the day is long, in the cockpit? At least get tints, yo.
It could be the story of a misfit Reaver boy who doesn't want a life of rape, canabalism and unconventional upholstery, but instead wants to be a dentist.
And not the kind who rips people's teeth out just for kicks.
