Well, then, this is a day I'll feel good to be me.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Emmett would love to taxidermy a mouse.

Ok - i have made statements about Matt's co before. Today's story I would find really , really funny if poor Matt wasn't the one stuck. His co has a 'take the cheapest flight' mandate. I give them that they need to watch the travel dollar because almost every body travels. - But the direct flight was 30 dollars more than the one that included a stop in Phoenix. Where he seems to be stuck. Unless he ends up driving. Either way, more than 30 dollars and - the loss of a days work.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Is he breathing? When I was his age, I would have given almost anything to taxidermy a mouse.

I'm not so sure. He's fussy about handling dead things.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

beth, that's just insanely stupid. Alas, it's also typical of corporate stupidity. I admit they're really extreme...

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I did *not* know that Columbia had a football team.

They don't anymore.

Probably because of msbelle.

Job-ma for Lillty! It would be wicked awsome if that panned out for you.

yes. if it was 100 -- there a number that makes some sense ... and I know co's that do it other ways ... but 30 dollars. he is billed out at something like 7x that amount.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I'd be happy to give you whatever advice I can.

Thank you! I'm burning everything I wrote on my old pc onto a cd right now to take home. I'm planning to mine it for something I wrote, even back in college, that might be suitable for rewrite for a writing sample.

I'm hoping that PCA uses Raiser's Edge, because my knowledge of that could be a point in my favor. But I'm hoping that since it was a fundraising database at all it could make me stand out a little.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I had a friend in high school that I had a couple of art classes with. His father was a taxidermist and he actually stuffed a song bird for our art teacher. He would come in every day with reports on how the procedure was going.

He also stuffed a large, ugly fish and splatter painted it a la Jackson Pollack for a project. I miss him.

Julia breaks my heart. She is an amazing little girl who is going to grow up into a kick ass young woman.

Lowes' ceiling fan display is Owen's new favorite place.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Anne, I'm sorry you're moving away because that means you're moving away.

True, true. We are going to have to get together some more before I leave.

Mostly lurking...

I wanted to report that I managed a trip to Target without a list and only spent $30. That's pretty damned amazing.

Plus, Cindy thinks lisah and I look alike. That's about the best compliment I could get. lisah is beeeeeauutiful!

vw, you are a stronger girl than I. I almost never make it out of Target for under fifty bucks.
