Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

But you can counteract it a bit by being a student with good grades.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Where you live has a lot to do with how much you pay in car insurance. I pay a fortune, because Louisiana has no regulation. I had State Farm for years in California, but had to swirtch to a Louisiana office when I moved here, who hiked up my premiums and dropped me after I was in one accident (the first accident I was ever in). We have Progressive, now, and pay a couple hundred a month for the privilege - admittedly for full coverage on one relatively new car that isn't paid for, yet, and the minimum on a slightly older one.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Heh. that age is actually 25.

I think it varies by company.

GEICO has been good to me. Other insurance companies have required me to send them photos of the old car I wanted to insure, or even have it inspected. GEICO didn't require anything like that for my '73 Mercury.

Punishingly Intricate

There's a biggish uproar here now because of how Baltimore city residents have to pay so much more for car insurance than anybody else in Maryland. I don't expect that will change anytime soon though. We do tend to have our cars broken into and/or stolen quite a bit here.

Timelies!

I have no auto insurance advice...I get discounts by going through the broker at my office.

Have skipped any other topics, so holler if I missed anything crucial.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

MA has some different insurance laws that most states, so most of the national chains don't insure cars there, hoping to pressure the state into changing the laws...

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

We have Progressive, mostly because they have beem good to us. We went thru a string of accidents and only saw raises in our rates because we bought new vehicles. Plus , they are easy to deal with.
