'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

If we want an island, let's go in the style to which we wish to become accustomed.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

97 percent of teachers and 99 percent of school principals said yes. Only 83 percent of students did.

You know, this doesn't surprise me. Students are typically more conservative than faculty.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Belated hippo birdies to Anne!

{{{Sail}}} My condolences to you and your family and friends.

(Just had to pop in with those before I forgot. Please continue with your regularly-scheduled headsmacking over the apparent cluelessness of a number of tomorrow's leaders.)

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

buy in a grocery store? I need to find a good grocery store brand.

Medaglia d'oro dark roast. Safeway has it. Yummy.

People are really surprised that the average highschooler is clueless? Why? If you teach a room (or a generation) of students to do one things specifically, and that is pass some dumbass standards test, and don't expect them to learn anything else, where's the surprise?

Always Anti-fascist!

Ugh, God. If I ever said anything that stupid, I couldn't come home! Of course, my "sport" in high school was trying to write things in the school paper that almost could be censored but were not.

Librarian Warlord

Obviously, we should consider funding a portion of Buffista Island with the tuition from non-Buffista offspring who wish to attend the Buffista Island School and be taught by the likes of KristinT and Erin.
