Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, Jan 24, 2004:
Johnny Carson died.
We used to watch him when we were little.
It was hard to stay up that late,
but when we did, we had fun.
And we'd go to bed happy,
even if we didn't know why.
And even though we didn't know it at the time,
he shaped our lives.
Thanks & goodnight.
An Adult Swim "Bump" broke me, dammit.
I've mentioned before that my Medical Insurance through the state of Minnesota goes away Monday.
So I got my 1 year diabetes testing out of the way. Glucose was slightly higher on average, 7.5. Gotta work on that.
However the big shocker was my Cholesterol.
130. Down from 149. I thought I was low before, but you ain't seen nothing yet.
My LDL (bad cholesterol) plummeted from a respectable 101 to an even more respectable 80.
My HDL stayed the same, a little low, 36, but I'll work on it.
Go Daniel! Lower cholesterol, and a modified tag!
Daniel, that's fantastic. I hope all my future patients are as conscientious as you are!
go Daniel!

and now I need to go look in the mirror and see if I can tell - I am guessing it is the side with the deeper dimple.
Hi lee. I was wrong - the left side has the deeper-looking dimmple - but it almost looks like a double dimple. the right side has the more prominent cheek bone, so even when I am not smiling I look more alive and alert.
