Looks like civilization finally caught up with us.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Trust my rage

Oh - and a quick thanks to all those who suggested books for me a few weeks ago. Joe finally received the first batch today. He was happy to have them and excited to start reading/recording them.

brillig

There is so much fog here I can't see the mall across the parking lot. Damn, this air needs to get cleaned out. All the stinks are hanging around, and it's getting hard to breathe.

Trust my rage

I'm now naming that little fox on the Firefox icon Mortimer Firefox. (Unless he already has a name?)

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Or maybe it's sales, involving you recruiting more people, which I guess would make it a pyramid scheme.

Turn 2; the rest are food.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

P-C, "The Team" is also known as Amway, if that clears things up.

Aha. Thanks. Yeah, cause I felt exactly like Scott Wolf and Jay Mohr in that dinner table scene in Go.

(And I owe you email. Soon! Ish...)

Yay! E-mail!

Mortimer Firefox

That's a pretty sweet name. Almost as good as Alistair Threepenny. Okay, better. In a way.

Turn 2; the rest are food.

Hee hee. Yeah, I thought of that too.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

{{Raquel}} Sometimes that inability to pick our relatives really sucks.

(eta: Combinatorics! Very cool)

move out and draw fire

See, I have several dog's names picked out (for the dog we can't have until we move back to the States): Kiva and Kelso for a pair of Huskies, and Abernathy for a black lab. Our cats tend to get religious names (current cat, his name is Legion; previous was Extreme Unction; before that were Retribution and Penance). And all cars are named from Shakespeare.

So without a theme, I'm flailing a bit here.

Coding and Sleeping

I know I've wailed about this here before, but choosing a name seems like one of the biggest responsibilities possible!

My daughter's name 'Emaryn' was a little tough because while my wife liked it, I wasn't sure since it was the name of my cousin. 'Leif' was easy, as soon as the name came up it was a slam dunk.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh, but I did meet a rather noteworthy woman at a party, talked for an hour or more. I was getting the 'You're worth talking to' signals, mirroring posture and that kind of thing, though no flirtage.

Awwwww... it's like geek-boy Wild Kingdom.
