Jen, I'm glad they're being so understanding. Everyone in that area, stay warm and dry!
So far everyone here is being wonderful...except for the car rental company. On Tuesday they're jumping our rate from $25.99 a day to $58.99. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. I'm still working on it (I'll call the manager in the morning), but if we have to, we'll rent from another company. It'll mean a trip to the airport tomorrow, but I guess that's not the end of the world.
The hotel, though, has been amazing. They're giving us two extra nights' stay for the group rate we had for the weekend ($84 for a $360 room!).
On edit: YAY! I'm finally on hold with Delta. I just may get all of this travel stuff worked out yet. And then, it's like an extra two-day vacation. Woooo!
