Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

Jilli, I think pink grapefruit might work well with cocoa, and vanilla. I don't think I can identify amber. I'd need to smell it, but those all sound like heavier scents, and it seems like a citrus would work in the mix.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Pink graprefruit smells GREAT with vanilla! One of my favorite candle is Vanilla-Pink Grapefruit.

I have mixed my pink grapefruit with amber and it's heavenly. I get it from bramble berry. It's the most amazing scent.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

[link] Has a picture of me that is really not very clear, hair pinned back a bit with a barrett in back. Photo was taken ages ago, so the hair color is more auburn than red now, but style is substantially the same.

Heh. That's what I wear all the time right now. My friend is trying to mix something that is very similar, but even more Jilli-esque.

Yeah, I suspect pink grapefruit is indeed what we've been looking for.

Punishingly Intricate

I can't believe how much money I just spent.

I can't believe how many of those products I already own! I lovesss the ooh la lift also. Sometimes that's all I wear.

I don't really like a lot of floral scents (or they make me sneezy) that's why I thought of the grapefruit. Actually the one rose-y scented thing that I can stand (in fact, LOVE!) is Benefit's Touch Me then Try to Leave Me lotion. Although it's never prevented anyone from trying to leave me.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I can't do perfumes at all - of the natural scent, I like the sharp ones, citrus, mint, rosemary, herbals. Vanilla does make me happy, but it also really makes me hungry....

This same friend made me some body butter that is cocoa/vanilla/amber scented; Pete has complained that whenever I use it, he gets overwhelming chocolate cravings.

Hey Jilli, WSP has an Angel type scent, and they made it with: Jasmine, Musk, Patchouli, Brown Sugar. Their website is here: [link]

eta: Not that you should just use theirs, but I like seeing what other people mix to come up with their scents. It gives me ideas.
