I always thought the name Serenity had a vaguely funereal sound to it.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hil, that sounds like a great cut.

Cindy, what Sparky said.

Yep. There subtle, but important differences, which I can't say what they are because then Lee would just know, and that takes away all the fun.

Well, I already know that you didn't make Perkins smarter. (He fell off a shelf this morning, trying to get at an imaginary bug).

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I just spent way, way too much money at Benefit.

But I look really good.

Punishingly Intricate

need suggestions for single-note scents (they don't have to be floral) that smell pink.

Sadly, I did actually make Perkins smarter....

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Geranium is of the fuschia pink variety in my mind.

This is a sentence I've uttered far to many times. What all did you get?

If I only had a brain...

Scents that, when you catch a whiff of them, make you think of the color pale pink.

Tea rose is lighter than Bulgarian rose.

I'd mix in vanilla and lily of the valley, I think.

What is even happening?

Dad's procedure went well. He's having no pain from the surgery so far, but the doctor gave him a prescription for Vicodan anyway. My brother is driving him home and back to the doctor tomorrow to get the eye patch removed. I'm so glad Dad finally got this cataract fixed. He's a bad enough driver as it is; knowing his vision was getting pretty fuzzy was freaking me out.
Sail, I must have missed this the first time. I'm glad it went well. My uncle said having it done made a huge difference.

Lately I've been wondering if there is a hair cut that would look good on me in wash-and-wear circumstances (I hate having to do more than brush and install ponytail holder). It would also have to cope with my bicycle helmet for a couple hours a day, and be long enough to be put up so as to be off my neck and out of my face.
What is your hair like, WindSparrow?

I have an odd question for the Bitch hivemind: I need suggestions for single-note scents (they don't have to be floral) that smell pink. Scents that, when you catch a whiff of them, make you think of the color pale pink.

Cotton candy, but you might find it cloying.
