'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

My deviled egg filling is a little lumpy. I used the hand mixer, but it's still lumpy. I'm frustrated.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That was precisely my thought.

And if I bought it, you would have someone to blame it on.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am all about the blame of other people.

Ooh, they have others too. (not really work safe) [link] I think the one with the cape is kind of cute. I wonder if you can get one sans vibrator?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

If you put pickle relish in the filling for your deviled eggs, nobody notices that it's lumpy. I don't make deviled eggs often. Their preparation to eating time ratio is too high. They are faster to make since I started putting the filling in a plastic bag, clipping off the corner and piping in the filling.

The half-marathon group has started training again, so I was up at an ungodly hour. Since it's the beginning, we didn't go very far, but it was trauma enough getting up early again.

I have been having all sorts of weird dreams. Last night I dreamed I was with someone else and we ended up with these two convicts in the car whom we kept trying to lose and then we lost them and were walking home for 20+ miles. After a while, I kept trying to get the other person to agree to getting a cab, but she kept insisting on walking. The night before, I was betting on the winter Olympics with Jerry Ohrbach and the IRS showed up and wanted to know how much money we had won.

They're done. I was a big meanie and woke up Emily to come taste the filling. I have a decorator [link] that I use to fill them, which makes it very easy. Of course, I ruined one of my nails in the process. So much for being all girly.

Everything is ready, though. Now what do I do for the next 6 hours?

t does a little dance for brenda, then feeds her Sweedish meatballs, deviled eggs, cookies, brownies, fruit, veggies, chips and dip, potato skins and artichoke dip...topped off with some ice cream cake

Go nap, choose nap.

I was thinking of taking a nap, but I think I need to wait a few more hours. I'm actually not really all that tired right now.

Poptarts:

Damn. These Sweedish meatballs are fabulous. I forgot how good they were. I mean, I knew they were good, 'cause otherwise, why would I make them? But, damn. They are really quite good. It's all in the sauce.
