I made teppy's crab/cheese/spinach quiche and DH loved it. He said, "it's not quite scrambled eggs, it's not quite pie. I like both!"
Is yummy, no? I had red beans & rice with shrimp for dinner. Now I'm pondering having some sort of vegetable to ward off scurvy.

Well, my friend who went on vacation in Thailand and never responded to inquiries after Dec. 26th is back in the U.S. and just fine.
