I adore my supervisor. Annual review today. And all she talked about was the actual numbers. Nothing about sneaking onto the Net--and she sits right next to me!--nothing about nothing else. I adore her. Of course, by the numbers, I could do a little better (see above re: net), but that's utterly within my own control. I love being treated like a grown-up.

Dude, those people are of the crazy. Just wanted you to keep it in mind when you sit down for your review. Just, consider the source is all.
My 1-year anniversary here is coming up (1/21) and I don't know what the deal is. Allegedly there's a promotion in the works (doesn't have to do with the 1 year thing) but I don't know if there's a standard review/increase thing here at all. It's so hard to find these things out, too.
