Yeah, probably. Random bit of discrimination: Non-disabled SuperShuttle customers don't have to make reservations. Disabled Customers: A week ahead(!) No wonder so many of us have poles up our butts.(And I'm not speaking of the Coalition of The Willing here.) Or in Corner-speak, "Dag, that's some cold shit, right there,'
That's just...Sheesh. How do they get away with that? Is that how they make their "reasonable" accomodations--only with a warning? What if someone has a sudden need to fly somewhere?
Non-disabled SuperShuttle customers don't have to make reservations.
This is from the airport to home, right? I've always had to make one to get to the airport.
I wish I
could
make reservations in the home direction -- last time I tried to SuperShuttle it, it was almost an hour's wait before I just went with a (much more expensive) cab.
Just saw Deb's appearance on Tivo (allowing me to fastforward through Reagan). Deb, you look fabulous. Annabel clapped for you.
Love the bag that JZ linked to. Very cute!
Detailed story about deb is up on the web site:

Haven't read it yet, but there is a great picture!
Erika, that's just fucked up.
If it came in something other than eye-bleeding pink, that might be nice.
It also comes in lime. It's the most Elle-from-
Clueless
bag ever. I told Deb she should keep a Pomeranian in it.
Apropos of which, if only vaguely, one of the other people there had a Dachshund puppy. OMGWTF CUTIEHEAD!
Deb's hair looks even better in person, with all these rich auburn highlights and lowlights and I don't even know what, but every time she turns her head there's a subtle but lovely shift in color as it catches the light in a new way. Utterly gorgeous.
I still like my hair, but it feels kind of one-dimensional in comparison.
ChiKat, bless you.
Deb, I wish the pictures were bigger. You'll get Nic to indulge us at some point, I hope. The haircut is fabulous on you, and really sets off your striking bone structure. You look revitalized.
Damn, Deb looks good. Yeah, I saw it "live", but still gotta say it. HAWT.
$500 on a bag. Yes, if it was saddle brown leather, of the perfect quality and softness, large and sturdy enough to function as a briefcase, laptop case, and/or overnight bag, and comfortable to carry, with a strap long enough to go across the body and also padded grip handles. A purse? Nuh-uh. I'd be thinking of all the rest of the stuff I needed I could spend $450 on after I bought a really well-constructed backpack or messenger style fabric purse.
I'm not very ornamentation-oriented, but I have one of the Fellowship cloak-clasp type pins
Fellow geek! Do you have a green wool Irish walking cape to wear yours on? I've seen the Galadriel ring, and I'm meh on it, but I'd love the Evenstar necklace. And I've had a want-it, want-it-not relationship with the Aragorn ring, until I realized that I really didn't want the ring, I wanted the hand that wore the ring, and everything attached to it. What I'd really like? Either the Elrond or the Galadriel tiara!
Not a bad story; great picture. Deb looks amazing. I'm very sorry I missed the show.
I think now that I'm dragging less stuff for Owen that it's time to switch from the diaper bag/backpack combo I have to a Timbuk2 messenger bag. I've had my eye on one. Maybe in the Spring.
We've achieved lunch but no shower. That's coming up next. Then the Venturing Out before the blasted rain comes back.
