Joyce: And what did you do tonight? Dawn: Irritated Giles. I'm beginning to get why Buffy likes it so much.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Second thing, related? This will be going out live from my living room. I could use a couple more people here for this.

Too bad I'm heading back to Alaska on Saturday, 'cause this sure sounds like fun. Is it wrong that I'm kind of hoping to get stuck here? Not that I think it's likely. If it were the Juneau end, there would be a real chance of getting weathered in.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, that’s awesome, especially if the teacups were never mentioned on the first day. Fantabulously thoughtful and sweet.

No, it was never mentioned. He just noticed I owned a lot of teacups.

So. Cool.

Yep, sj, he's a keeper.

Someday soon Music Store Guy will realize his undying love for me and then all will be right with the world!!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Congratulations, -t!

I took Annabel for her 9-month checkup today. She's in wonderful shape, and the nurse was very impressed with her crawling and general motor skills. And the pede assured me I'm doing fine on feeding her, and said I could try those cups with the built-in straws if she just doesn't like sippy cups. Also that now that she's 9 months, we can start feeding her all the non-chokey non-allergenic (i.e. no egg whites or nuts for now) stuff we eat so she can start getting used to the taste and texture of adult food.

Oh, and I exercised today, for the first time in forever. I just did my very easiest bellydance workout tape and realized how horribly out of shape I am, but I feel good now. Go team endorphins!

And I got my hair cut today. I really like the cut but it screams out for color so after I get paid I'm going to figure out something interesting.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Oh, askye, I like it! What are you thinking of for color?

askye - Jan 07, 2005 3:18:28 pm PST #1978 of 10002
Thrive to spite them

I had a picture of a similiar cut that's two shades of red with blonde highlights. I don't think I'm going to that extreme, but maybe some kind of red and blonde.
