[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Maria, angela mia, if you had that kind of issue with the IRS, you wouldn't have to stop shopping for a month.

I planned to have a king sized bed five years ago

Dude, years of living in a single-wide trailer make me feel that any dwelling that has room for a king sized bed as well as a reasonable number of other items of furniture and room to walk between them all in the master bedroom is a mansion. Have your family run a background check on me, and break out the pre-nup's, cuz I'ma marry you for your money. Plus, I just know that a guy who is 7-8 inches taller than me will have a bed my feet won't hang off the end of. Ooooh, I bet your shower nozzle is set higher than my eyebrows, too.

I am so there.

Now tagless for your comfort.

GRONK.

The meclizine I took for my dizziness last night made me feel like crap on toast. But better to feel like crap with a sense of balance.

Are the Somervillians experiencing a snow day? Or is it just Cindy?

What is even happening?

Cashmere, what do you take for dizziness? Is it Antivert? I think some of my anxiety has been caused by sinus-induced dizziness. I feel all lurchy and then I panic. I also think it (the anxiety) is tied up with hormones, too.

I didn't watch for other towns, except ones right around here, as an indicator of whether or not my town (far down in the alphabet) would get called. But the Somervillains are growed-ups, so they'll have to slog through what's likely to be a yucky day. We're supposedly in line for 4-8 inches total of snow (we've probably gotten 5ish here, since yesterday) and then sleet and freezing rain. That crap is way worse than snow, wrt driving, etc. Somerville isn't too far from here, but weather wise, it is. I'm just south of the marker our weather people use in a "north and west of X 8 inches are expected" way--and get that weather, whereas the Somervillains usually get Boston's weather, which almost always gets less accumulation.

Bells, welcome to Buffistas!

Wish me car~ma. I'm out to see if the car will start or if'n I'm going to have to call AAA. (Here's hoping my membership is still up to date, too!)

ETA: Well, she started right up. Still got the service engine light, though. Guess I'll have to take her in to get looked at on the way home. I'll see all you lovely Bitches later!

Yep. Meclizine is the generic. About 8 years ago, I had an EXTREME case of vertigo. I couldn't even roll over in bed witout throwing up. The doc never quite figured out what did it, but I think it was related to either TMJ /and or sinus issues. I also am taking some Tylenol Sinus with it (and possibly the combination of this stuff is what's making me feel draggy. I'm tired, but not overwhelmingly so. Better that and be able to stand up.

Yeah, snow days aren't nearly as much fun when you're an adult. I'll take snow over freezing rain, any day. But that means we're getting nasty freezing rain here today. And yesterday and the day before. And more tomorrow. We're flooding out (not us, but here in town flooding is a serious issue). Bleh.
