I have yummy Indian work delivery food instead of the usual work delivery food.
Sadly, that is pretty much the highlight of my day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I was so behind on reading, that by the time I caught up, all of my favorite children's books (at least all whose titles I can remember off the top of my head) have been mentioned. Have I said before that buffistas rock? Buffistas rock!
Aunts and uncles are there to fill in parents' gaps. Good thing you're sending books, Allyson.
Allyson, OUCH! Poor QPB. I hope he's better.
Why blog?
All the cool kids are doing it.
So, who was Philiminated ?
Aunts and uncles are there to fill in parents' gaps.
Huh. I thought we were there to fill the nieces and nephews with Jolt cola and Twinkies before dropping them off at home. Have I been doing it wrong?
That too, DX, although some may need to fight with the grandparents for that role.
Alas, Kathy it was Gus and Hera.
Kathy, sadly, Gus and Hera.
Why am I not surprised by QPB? Oh, that's right... I went to school with that sort and was that sort until disillusionment and am now their peon. I HAVE ALL THEIR PASSWORDS! OK, moment of power? Over.
Kids books! I love anything by Graeme Base, but Anamalia and The Water Hole are great ones to start with. The illustrations are so rich that kids don't really outgrow them.
When I went to amazon to find the links, the page said "You Know You Want It" and listed Lost In The Grooves, Playing By Heart (dvd), and Opus. Heh.
Kathy - Gus and Hera.
Ugh. It looks like I should've done my grocery shopping today.
Thanks, everyone! Gus and Hera, hmm? Just as I was getting to really like them. Oh well.
