Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
I think I'm scared of that book, because it would teach me new things to be scared of.
I'm also scared of the number of high thread count pillowcases I have. 4 burgundy, 4 navy and two black. Up until recently, I only had the two pillows.

I'm listening to the reading of Michael Bernard Loggins zine, Fears of Your Life and I'm trying to imagine how many fears I would have if I listed them out as he did.
I heard that over the weekend. I loved how there were big things, and general things, and then there was this whole bit about how what if you were at the store with your friend and maybe your friend was bad and maybe your bad friend stole a big package of Oreos.

So I got up to actually look, and I don't seem to have straps after all. What do I have is a couple of "anti-topple brackets." Not wrenches after all, just metal brackets DISGUISED as allen wrenches.

anti topple brackets are also good! They aren't as fabulous as straps, but I'll use those in a pinch to secure the shelves.
DOH! I just realized that in spite of having thought I put all christmas stuff away, I still have stockings hanging. I wonder if I can shoehorn them into the box.
