Not. After the Kikwit outbreak - SEVEN WEEKS after the Kikwit outbrak - they found healthy Ebola virus that had apparently been shed by dying patients thriving on aluminum bredframes from the hospital.

I just tracked my package on the USPS website, and all it says is that it was accepted for shipping in Hartford--a week ago. Should I be worried that there's no newer information? Anyway, o secret giftee, it may be a while.
