'Out Of Gas'

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2004: Well, I Wasn't Expecting That.

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2004? Don't think we've forgotten about you.

Thrive to spite them

The package I was waiting for arrived yesterday! Now just have to wrap and box and I can send it out.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

My Seekrit Santa gift is officially finished as of last night. Now, all that's left to do is wrap it, write a nice note, bundle it all up, and take it to the post office!

Last year's Seekrit Santa give ("The Wolves in the Walls" and a block of nummy chocolate) came at a wonderful time for me last year, when I was in the midst of holiday blahs, hating my job, and hating life in general. Buffista gifts are the best.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Yeah...so I won't even be shopping for my SSS gift until Friday. I'm sorry I'm such a bad secret santa...

Is it better to specifically email the person with the unlucky fortune to have me as a SSS, or is this notification enough?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think Dani offered to serve as an "oops!" intermediary.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I did not wrap my santee gifts last night. I'm such a slacker.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I did not wrap my santee gifts last night. I'm such a slacker.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Somehow, when I wasn't looking, it's like y'all became a collective hivemind best friend.

This is me. I've only been with this group since October and everyone is so awesome. I can finally talk to people and discuss topics in such a manner that it doesn't devolve into "yes, it is", "no, it's not" arguements. Everyone is so kind and fun. Whenever I tell my non-buffista friends about you all, they look at me kinda weird with this look that says "You're hanging out with internet friends? Are you sure they're not serial murderers?"

Honestly, this group is probably one of the best things that's happened to me this year.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Are you sure they're not serial murderers?

They won't kidnap you into white slavery, either, no matter how hard you try to get them to.

I tried.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

no matter how hard you try to get them to.

I offered, that one time. ::grin::

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Makes notes on what to do for Teppy's birthday next year.

Crap, I forgot what day it is. I knew for a long time, too. I suck.
