Tara: Do you have any books on robots? Giles: Oh, yes, dozens. There's a lot of research to be done in order to--no, I'm lying. Haven't got squat. I just like watching Xander squirm.

'Get It Done'

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2004: Well, I Wasn't Expecting That.

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2004? Don't think we've forgotten about you.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Are you sure they're not serial murderers?

They won't kidnap you into white slavery, either, no matter how hard you try to get them to.

I tried.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Makes notes on what to do for Teppy's birthday next year.

Crap, I forgot what day it is. I knew for a long time, too. I suck.

Oh! Steph! By the way, HI, and should I be expecting something from you? I'm leaving on Saturday, so I'm going to have my director pick up anything that comes for me after I leave.

No, because (1) I'm a lazy tool, (2) I figured you didn't need more stuff to shlep around Europe, (3) I can give it to you when you get here, and (4) see #1.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Slacker Santa Delivers On Groundhog Day

Again...and again...and again...

Honestly, this group is probably one of the best things that's happened to me this year.

No doubt about it.

Crap, I forgot what day it is. I knew for a long time, too. I suck.

June 23! I think. Or July 23. Summer was one big long month.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Tep's birthday=June 23, IIRC.

x-posty with P-C.

A date all should know and love. And celebrate by the sending of big gifts to me.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Hotay - now that the lost paycheque thing was fixed, I was able to order my Secret Santee the big gift. Since it has to be put together at the source, it's unlikely to get there before Christmas, but it has been ordered, and will get there via Fed Ex ground, whenever it's ready.
