Kewl!
JohnS, yes indeed. Out on the water gets not only chilly, but choppy.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Oh! While I think of it, and particularly for Kristin and ND, my American visit is taking shape. I'll arrive in LA on August 19, and I'd expect to leave around the 24th (Saturday to Thursday). I've had to trim my US travel plans so I can spend a week with the Wallybee at Alice Springs when I get back, so it looks like only major stops this time around.
Meanwhile, it seems I've accumulated enough frequent flyer points that I could fly first class across the Pacific for the princely sum of $800. Hmmm...
Yay Billytea!
Alas, I will be starting school at that point and may not have as much free time as I'd like, but I'm excited!

Eh, just tell 'em to start without you and you'll catch up when you're ready.

Hey, bt, make sure to let me know if you guys make the trek down to these parts for the zoo. I'd be pleased as punch to join up with you.
Or, if you don't, I suppose I could make the trek to LA.
Bummer, I just checked the Wild Animal Park and it doesn't look like we'll be able to do a "Roar and Snore" while you are here, I'm looking at the photo safari stuff now.
Do I need to buy a ticket for Alcatraz now, or will it be possible to buy one the night of the tour? I haven't 100% made up my mind whether or not I'll want to do it, but I'm hoping the option will still be open to me that night.
I think the word on the street was that the Alcatraz tours sell out, is that correct?

It's worth it, BT. Especially across the Pacific.
They do sell out. Which reminds me....
