And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

(I'll start.)

My preferred vodka is Ketel One, and if there could be some Starbucks liqueur on hand for espresso martinis, I'd be much obliged.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Actually, let me post the cash bar option info:

Hosted or Cash Bar

Sodas & Mineral Water $2.50

Domestic Beer $5.00

Imported Beer $5.25

Well Drinks $5.50

House Wine by the Glass $5.50

Premium Drinks $6.00

Cordials or After Dinner Drinks $6.00

Corkage Fee per Bottle $7.00

Bartender Fee of $95.00 per bar for 3-hour shift will apply. Excess of 3 hours or a fraction thereof will be charge $50.00 per hour per bar. If beverage revenue exceeds $400.00, bartender fee will be waived. (my note: I suspect we'll go over $400, don't you?)

Subject to 17.5% Gratuity Tax and 8.50% Sales Tax

And yep, a list of what's wanted in liquor preferences would be a very good thing to pass on to Lilibeth. She's wide open to making this is close to perfect as possible.

In New Orleans we opted for the open bar option since we knew we had to make a similar mark in booze sales anyway.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Jameson is my booze of choice. Though if it's warm out probably gin. Otherwise beer is good for me. Sierra Nevada or Stella or something or Budweiser.

I'm going to mark Jessica's first post, so that I can list from there. Otherwise I'll get hopelessly lost, and forget choices. Since the only booze I like is very dry and has bubbles in it, I have no personal mental reference points.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

And if people actually make it down on time, would definitely be worth it.

For Vodka I like Ketel One, Tequila I like Porfidio or Patron, Gin is Bombay Sapphire...what? Me drink? I'd also love to have some single malt scotch there. Anyone else have input? Maybe we can have them get a good bottle of single malt that we can kill that night. 18 Year Highland Park is good, Oban over 14 years is also good and usually not a total killer on the bank account.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Well, as much as I enjoy my booze, I'm not too picky on anything other than beer. A few good beers in there and I'm happy. I'm partial to microbrews and I know there's some very good ones out Napa and Sonoma way, I just can't remember the names of them.

As for food, I'll eat anything that's not actively running away from me. I will admit a partialilty to seafood of all types and lots of fruits and veggies. And anything with an Asian flare.
