You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I'd be more than willing to host, but we don't actually own Trivial Pursuit.

I have a couple of editions.

That's a Saturday, right? Woo! Party at Kristin's! (er, you know, pending her approval of extra guests...)

puppy!

Hee! Yes, my place is, as always, open for extra guests. It likes Buffista parties. (Puppy likes them, too.)

Kate, yes, you and anyne else who'd like to come up or down that night are welcome.

Oh, worth noting, though, that I think the main ND social Somervillian gathering is in Boston. I think there are plans for social gatherings on Thursday or Friday. I'm going to go up Saturday the 18th and hopefully will see folks before driving ND back down my way on his way to NYC. I think my house is more of a rest stop this time than party central...but as I said, I'm fine with people coming here, too.

Yeah, I was thinking I'd join a Somerville party, but it's probably going to be simpler for me to drive down to your place on Saturday rather than driving to Boston on Friday night. But I don't know what my other plans for that weekend will turn out to be, so, we'll see.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I just need to send out a big ol' HEY! to Vortex cause I haven't seen her around in about three billion years.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Just heard from Le Cirque. My original contact for New Orleans Fine Hotels is out on maternity leave and her temporary replacement doen't have all teh information from me. SIgh. Is it worthwhile to start over with them? I"m not sure whether I would need to find other contacts for the Holiday Inn Express and the Cotton Exchange as well, or if the new contact would cover all three.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hec or JZ, after tomorrow morning, I won't have reliable access to a computer. Could one of you email me your address before then so I can figure out how to get there from my hotel?

Thanks!
