flights are so wierd. I can get to SF for under $300, but NO is almost as expensive for half the distance!
Whereas NOLA was less expensive for me than the trips I've taken to Oakland or Burbank.

Yowtch! If the fares I just got for San Francisco and Seattle with July dates are standard, I'll either be driving through the Rockies or not attending at all. Those are like 3x the prices I've ever paid to LA.

These all tend to be 'outlying' locations, naturally.
