If he wants to spare himself the expense, Laura, It's pretty easy to explore without a car. And down there they're more hassle than they're worth.
I agree Heather, but he seems to suffer if he is without wheels. Hopefully he will give up the notion. We were in DC without car, but both times we have been to New Orleans we had transport.

No need to provide links to past conversations. Even if I didn't remember, I would have believed you. As to the Commander's Palace reservation, I haven't adjusted it yet, since so many people wanted to join, I thought I'd wait until closer in to get a final tally.
