Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I can't get to the Apple store (gee, go figure). Does Apple still make the regular Airport cards? or do they only make the extreme one? Can an extreme card be used in a Mac that was only designed to use the regular one?

eta:

No. Yes. No.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Dotster is giving out free .info domains, if anyone cares.

Oooh. The new mini computer is so CUTE!!! I want. I have zero need, but I want!!

Do you think people will really like the shuffle? Don't most (even tiny) mp3 players have a display??

This is a bit harsh, but I'm laughing anyway.

I like the quote by the "ethnic-looking clipart model."

ION (that probably no one cares about) I just bought a new cable modem (as my old one was getting flakey). Installing the new one and registering it at Comcast was a painless process. Go Comcast!

All is well that ends in pizza.

Never buy memory directly from Apple, overcharge.

Change this to "Never buy memory directly from [any big computer manufacturer], overcharge."

So if I needed more memory for my 12" G4 powerbook, where would I get it, to be cheap but also reliable?

Our wings are not tired

I get most of my memory from Other World Computing. I also really like their firewire hard drives.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Do you think people will really like the shuffle? Don't most (even tiny) mp3 players have a display??

I totally want one. Very much as a second device. I want some of my MP3s in a medium that I can exercise with, and working off my existing iTunes install.

Such a luxury item, but WANT.

I think for less than $100, it's not a luxury item. And if you're gonna get one, think about how you'd be using your money more efficiently if you paid $50 extra to get twice as much memory....
