Spoilage Lite - The Return

[NAFDA] The place for casting and other vague spoilers, for those who merely want to wade, not drown, in the spoiler sea. Episode titles, writers, and preview speculation in black font. A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

That's wacky, given that Jess' dad's girlfriend was played by her as well.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I thought she had played Chris's girlfriend in season 2 ?

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Nah, that was Machen Amick, another Twin Peaks alumni.

Err, why are we spoiler-fonting casting info, btw? I thought casting stuff was allowed in black-font as long as it wasn't some big plot spoiler.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought it was because the role is a spoiler, not the actor.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That was what I was going with.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Huh. I thought that it was a given that we'll get to meet Luke's ex and wouldn't have thought it a plot-spoiler. But some times, I don't know where the line is drawn in these things.

Always best to err on the side of caution.

Well, I was hoping we wouldn't, and am sad to hear not only that but also signing news for the season/next for the daughter. I'm not sure what I was hoping would happen, but still.

Like the B. said, Lite is the side of caution thread, eh?

Sure thing. Erring on the side of the caution it is.

I didn't know about the daughter character becoming regular/regular-recurring. Bah. I am not screaming "shark-jumping!" like some other people, but this season overall has been subpar and the long-lost-daughter plot isn't helping the matter any.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

About ita's news: Oh, gods. That's not good. I can see all sorts of not-good places where that could very easily go.
