Most recent issue of EW has a spoilery article about Lost. I haven't read it, but did notice some cast news.
Besides Michelle Rodriguez, Cynthia Watros is joining the cast as Libby and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is joining as nobody's saying yet. None of them, including MR, know how long they'll be on the show.

Cynthia Watros played Lucy on Guiding Light, right? I always liked her.
She played Annie, Maysa. Sonia Satra played Lucy on GL.

I'm not sure this even counts as a spoiler, given that it was on Whedonesque - -but they are reporting that Amy Acker just completed filming a guest spot on Alias.
Alias: Perhaps rumors of Vartan's death were somewhat premature?
Of course, J.J. Abrams would never lie in order to string viewers along and boost ratings.
