John Barrowman and Wentworth Miller have been confirmed as a series regulars on Arrow, Flash, AND LoT. I think that just them the option to be used on each show, not guarantees it.

Arrow Season 5 Madison McLaughlin will return as Evelyn Crawford and become Artemis .
Josh Segarra from lots of stuff AND THE ELECTRIC COMPANY has been cast as DA Adrian Chase.
and Rick Gonzales has been cast as Wild Dog.
I think Rick has already been a little active on social media for those that follow cast.
